I wish the book could be longer, but it ended off on such a perfect note, especially that last sentence. I'll miss Amanda and Leo, and their crazy adventures, I'll miss Rory, the girl who always loses her phones, and Tara and David, who are just beginning new chapters in their lives. Truly a surprising and happy book, with surprising twists and turns, I wouldn't expect anything less from Wendy Mass. I absolutely adored the conclusion of this series, I laughed, I gasped, I fangirled. Could this old man know that Grace is more special than Willow Falls can comprehend? Or is he plotting to send Grace, and maybe even Angelina, into an eternal rest? But for some reason Grace's older brother Connor is messing up the spell and there's a strange man telling Amanda to stop saving Grace. The duo must help cast a spell that was to be cast on Grace on the day of her birth but failed, and they must do it three times before time runs out. She and Leo learn that Grace is in a coma and they must travel back in time to her past birthdays in order to save her, with the help of Angelina and a little enchantment bestowed upon their great-great-grandfathers. In this perfect and stunning conclusion to the Willow Falls books we are back in the point of view of Amanda like in the first book ( 11 Birthdays). Without further ado here's my review of The Last Present by Wendy Mass I have obtained an ARC of The Last Present I wont give too much away, I promise.
